1. Complementary therapy: Energy healing, including Reiki, is a complementary therapy and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions, nor do we prescribe medications or treatments.
2. Consent: By scheduling an appointment for energy healing services, you acknowledge that you have provided your full and informed consent to receive these services.
3. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will keep your personal and health information confidential, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Liability: We assume no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our energy healing services. You assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being.
5. Refunds: We offer a 100% refund within 24 hours of your session. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the session.
6. Payment: Payment for energy healing services is due at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card or other payment methods as indicated on our website.
7. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided in connection with our energy healing services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio recordings, are the property of the energy healing practitioner and are protected by applicable copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to our energy healing services will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
